Old Konami's with SCC(+)

I recently discovered a website which contains konami's from the period 1983 - 1987, like Sky Jaguar, Super Cobra, Yie ar Kungfu, Knightmare etc., all refitted with SCC(+).

I knew that Nemesis was refitted by Konami with an SCC bu I was quite suprised by this. My question is was this done by Konami itself or is this a fan job?
