Differences between 2 versions of Metal Gear 2.

Hi, I need to know, for a wiki-type project I'm into, the differences between the MSX2 and MSX2+ versions of Metal Gear 2. I haven't played the 2+ version, but as far as I have seen or heard (I'm refering to music here) I haven't found any differences.

Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake of course works on both an MSX2 and an MSX2+, but it does not use any MSX2+ functionality, it is an MSX2 game and there is only 1 version.

Ok. It was strange, then, that Konami specified MSX2+ in the box.
