I created an entry.

I assumed it supports MSX-Audio and MIDI. There is a mention of MIDI in one of the screenshots. I also assumed it is MSX2 and was distributed on 1DD.

It's probably MSX1, I'll correct it. It's similar to the other Music Module software (e.g. Music Creator).
