This one has already been catalogued as

MSX Chess Turbo Chess (1986)(Artic Computing)(GB).dsk

Whether Artic Computing is the real publisher for this release is hard to say as gathering info from a dump may not always prove fruitful.

Hi VG, did you received my email about Star Seeker?
"Remember" me on your website :-)

VG, you talk about catalogued, but I don't know what you mean with that. If it isn't in the Generation MSX database, it isn't catalogued for me...

Now, should I still update something, because I'm confused... :P

Hello,

@nrgo: Oh, my... I'm posting an article about your item this week. I'll let you know!
@manuel: By catalogued I mean there's a record for the dump at TOSEC-MSX
[ww.tosecdev.org] Generation MSX and TOSEC-MSX are different but related projects at the same time. I make full use of both in order to track either catalogued or previously uncatalogued MSX software. BTW, please edit the GenMSX record as Runstop is nothing actually. The Spanish publisher was Barcelona-based "Discovery Informatic". Other than that, the GenMSX record looks as good as it should.

So, what *is* Runstop? It is mentioned...

Look at this: [www.generation-msx.nl]

Looks like there are more titles from them, looking at the product numbers! Do you know any others?

Runstop is like nonsense, really. It's like a trendy word in English. It's not even related to a series. Just look at the credits in Star Seeker and you'll realise about the full true name of the Spanish publisher "Discovery Informatic". And, yes, there's more releases beginning with RS- as you well noted. I should do some checking but for sure they released "Who Dares Wins II" RS-111 for the Spanish market. And, no! I don't think they ever released 111 titles at all!

I think they started at 100 :) But we have lots of holes to fill then. I'll add a release of them for WDWII?

Hello,

Well, sure you can add WDWII details. It'd be an improvement to the GenMSX db.

Now, well, you asked for it ;)

RS-101 The Knight Commander
RS-102 3D Knockout // aka Knockout // aka Knockout 3D
RS-103 Sorcery
RS-104 Super Bowl
RS-105 Star Seeker
RS-106 Lazy Jones
RS-107 Mutant Monty
RS-108 Turbo Chess
RS-109 Winter Olympics
RS-110 ???
RS-111 Who Dares Wins II

No trace of RS-110... Please, feel free to start a new thread if you think it so as this discussion is not directly related to the title under discusion, Turbo Chess. BTW, I just realised... RS- must stand for Runstop, so there you have it! I guess I must have thought about it many times earlier...

Check this: [www.generation-msx.nl]

I didn't add that first game yet. What is it? It doesn't seem to be a game which is already in the database (or is the name wrong?)... and yes, I had also noticed that RS probably means RunStop...

I've checked it. Very good. You could add the full address, though:
Calle Arco iris, 75
08032 Barcelona

Remarks:
RS-104 Super Bowl - It might be just a typo but I think I read Discovery Informatic released an Alligata's Super Bowl.

RS-101 The Knight Commander - It's a real one for sure. I'm starting a new topic on this one.
