Thank you HansO Yes. I found that before I post question . but I did'nt found s-ram IC (43256-10) in the market . (sorry I did'nt know about electronics ) I want to know If other guy can make that but use other IC. or someone who can explain about it. please tell me. :-) Thank you. Pong

Try using www.findchips.com the 43256-10 sram chip is somewhere out there.

The 43256 is identical to the 62256 which is quite common. Note that there is is 'fast' version which costs more and is not required
