getting number painter to work
Has anyone managed to get Number Painter to work on an emu for the PC? On both blueMSX and fMSX it gets to a loading screen, then resets the emu, loads the loading screen, resets the emu, repeat forever. I'm not sure how to stop this from happening. Would love to play this old educational game again. Thanks in advance.

Number painter is an educational game. It's a multi-level platform based game, with numbers in various places. Down the bottom is a total number, (eg 20), and you have to collect parts of the equation to make this number within a limited time. eg, you'd first have to collect say 10, then a * sign, then a 2 (10*2 = 20). Or you could do 15 + 5 etc etc. I believe it's made by ASK. I can send you the rom. Maybe it's corrput, but I got it from a TOSEC so it should be ok.
Well, you can send the rom to sandy[at]generation-msx.nl. And I will see what I can do for you. I never heard of it, but may i have it under an other name.
