Bubble Bobble question

Hey guys, I always thought that the MSX ver of Bubble Bobble had 99 levels. However, recently I saw a NES ver that had 2 different endings: at the good ending there were ~ 20 extra levels after 99. Can anyone confirm that on the MSX version? Greetz T.
