Turning right
Stage 1's objective is to turn right. Stop near the pedestrian crossing, light the turn signal by pushing SPACE/trigger A + right, then accelerate the car which automatically turns right.
Same can be done in Stage 3 however doing so negates the stage's objective to follow the red car.
