Note

The MSX version was never released outside Japan. Confusingly in the West on other platforms, this is called "Genghis Khan II: Clan of the Gray Wolf", while in Japan it is the third in the series, and sometimes called "Genghis Khan 3".

The Japanese title translates to "The Blue Wolf and The White Doe - Genghis Khan" though Doe is often misgendered as Stag.
The subtitle is taken from the real history book The Secret History of the Mongols of which "Mongols" is replaced by Yuan Dynasty in the translated Japanese title.
