I really doubt this one ever existed for MSX.
Known editions include CED disc system and Laserdisc itself, but both to be played in regular CED or Laserdisc players.
If an MSX version ever existed, it should be the regular Laserdisc edition together with a tape containing the game program.
The game rules are very simple: a pause is made after some scenes and then, player must choose what to do next. Depending on the option, players must type a chapter+frame in the remote controller to continue the game.
